    This is review to the lack of customer service and respect I received from ***************************** (owner of Taurus Moving). I provided the scope of the job to include ALL appliances to be switched to/from different houses, he booked me for the move and details for the truck route (from my house >> to the house where picking up my things >> swinging by the storage >> back to my house. After inquiring for the missing bracket for the microwave, I was told that I am ignorant for not knowing that microwave and dishwashers were not included on the "industry accepted standard" appliances. Also, not paying attention to details, including not informing me (after the walkthrough to scope the job) that uninstalling appliances is beyond their capability. His ability to deal with the problem in a professional manner is jaded with his emotions, like sending me long text messages with blame and hostility. I informed him that I will provide a review on BBB to let others know about the kind of customer service (lack of) he provide so no one will experience the same. He called that as I was threatening his "good name", which is ironic to say given the behavior and service he provided. He found the bracket in their truck and informed me about it. I requested it to be delivered to the address I provided. He claimed to have good customer service by "responding timely" in spite of the contents and behavior he exhibit. And because the scope is outside their capability, I paid for the hours of trying to figure out how to do things instead of informing me that it cannot be done. The 6-hr move turned into 10 hours plus next day of 3 more. Not only that moving is stressful but the thought of having a mover to ease some stress did not happen with Taurus Moving. Some items were damaged, they deducted it on the cost (which is expected), and finding out more things that are unsatisfactory made me more unhappy with them. Inquiry about the bracket became a complaint after dealing with *****.
