This is the WORST dealership to ever purchase a vehicle from AND to attempt to get maintenance serviced.Specifically, **** in the ****************** is a terrible representation of this company and of customer service. He would rather blame and interrogate customers on their surveys about him than actually address the problems/concerns that the vehicle is brought in for. He has dismissed issues and also not provided answers/resolutions for them. Customers are ALLOWED to answer the survey HONESTLY and ACCURATELY and they should not then be bullied by **** because of the ratings they gave. For **** to send out personal emails, to clients, telling them TO NOT survey him because 'they cost him his raise' is absolutely unprofessional and pathetic. I would suggest taking your car or buying one from ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP IN THE ENTIRE VALLEY than take it to this circus.

Absolutely would recommend anyone to take their Ram 3500 here to get fixed. I had to take 2 of my service trucks here for extension repairs. ***** was my service advisor, and he made sure I was informed throughout the complete process. I spoke with the technician ******** as well, and he was great at explaining all of the safety concerns and the maintenance that had been negative (before I was in charge of the fleet). They got both of them back to proper working order to be used for service call. Thank you, ***** and ********, for all of your help during this time. I will definitely be bringing in my personal vehicle here in the future as I drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee.

This review is based on my experience and opinion of this dealer. I found the dealer to be untrustworthy and dishonest. They advertised a price for a jeep then said it was a mistake. Changed terms at the last minute. I would not recommend dealing with them as I dont feel they are honest. In my experience with them they advertise low prices then charge terms. They say they value honesty and are upfront I did not find that to be true. So my opinion is that, to protect yourself go somewhere else if they are honest they will match this dealers prices and you dont have to worry about the underhanded tactics that I found this dealer to use.

In early December of 2023, we dropped our vehicle off to Earnhardt CJDR in Gilbert Arizona for a routine maintenance (oil change), what happened after this is anything BUT routine. We start to notice an oil spot in the drive way that had not been there previously. Take it back to Earnhardt, and I'm told the tech just left a mess and they cleaned it, you're good to go. This truck went back 3 separate times for an oil leak. The under carriage of the truck was a massive mess, as was and still is my driveway, due to the neglect of Earnhardt's technicians. I offered to clean the driveway since we owned a pressure washer, didn't work. When documenting the mess under the truck, something sticks out like a sore thumb. My rim is now 2 colors. The original, and a poorly matched paint to cover what appears to be a curb rash. On the third return for the leak, the service Manager, ****, said he was going to put us in a rental at no cost, so they can figure out what they did to cause such a leak. The wheel was brought to his attention, where he states they checked the cameras and never saw anyone touch the rim. How do I know it was painted? Could it possibly be the piece of hair that was stuck in the paint?! See picture.. Oddly enough? I get a call that they went ahead and fixed a flat tire that had a s**** in it, which just happened to be the wheel with said paint job. There was no leaks in any tire when it was dropped off. Odd. Due to the inconvenience of having to come back multiple times due to the leak they caused, he offered the next service complimentary. Since this was a several hundred dollar service, I figured it would even itself out with having a service come out to repair the wheel.Fast forward to today, I receive a collection letter in the mail from Enterprise Rentals for the rental car they put me in..... THEY NEVER PAID THE ***** All at the fault of Earnhardt. A collection notice that can affect my personal credit.

I took my vehicle in for a service light. It was under warranty so they provided a rental while it was being fixed. They said 48 hrs. Sent me a text saying that I can check vehicle status through that text. I hadnt heard from them after 48 hours so I txt that number Saturday morning. No response. I figured they are still working on it. I dont have time to babysit them. I text again Monday through the form of communication they gave me. No response. I called they said its done. I couldnt pick it up because I was at work and had to wait until the next day. I get a call from enterprise that they stopped paying on the rental 5 days prior. I called the dealership and they said that it was done on the 15th. We are on the 21st!!! They said they called and left a message. I dont have a message but apparently thats all you get. One call. Now rental company is charging me for the rental. Told the dealership I messaged them and they didnt respond otherwise I would have dropped the rental off and got my car back. He said it was the weekend and your service advisor was gone. No one will manage others accounts?! They wont take accountability for not responding to the form of communication that they gave. You have to babysit them. So now I have to pay for the rental. The wouldnt budge saying they called and left a message. One time. That I did not get!!! I have never seen horrible customer service like this in my life. I was willing to pay for the day that was I between their call and my message. They said that they werent paying any of it. I wonder how long until they just keep my car without reaching out.

Scheduled my Dodge Ram **** for several service recalls. One of the recalls was to update the radio software from 14.25.5 to 17.11.07. The radio and all the programs worked perfectly as I left my vehicle with the service department. The technician stated software update failed in the middle of the process and will now need to be replaced with a new radio at the cost of $788.85.I explained to the Service Advisor that when I bring my vehicle in for recall service, I EXPECT IT TO BE FIXED AND PERFORMING AT OR BETTER THAN WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF. He gave me the phone number of the *** and asked me to call them and see if this could be worked out.I called the number and spoke with ******* who is a Case Manager. He informed me that he would talk with the dealership and try and get this resolved. It`s been five weeks and he keeps telling me that he can't get anyone to answer the phone. I will be taking further action and will not give up until this complaint meets my satisfaction.THIS IS TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Customer #******

We purchased a 2016 ***** Accord from the ******** Chrysler dealership. For oil changes and other maintenance services, we regularly brought our car back to this same dealership. A couple of months ago, we brought our car in to get our brakes done. Shortly after we noticed the car was grinding when I would break. We returned back to the dealership and talked to **** the Service Manager. **** suggested we go on a ride along and during the ride along there was no grinding but as we return back to the lot the grinding began. They checked the brakes and found no problems. After a week of driving the car, the grinding was still occurring, so I called again and talked to service director ****. **** suggested having ***** check the brakes. ***** the service technician at *****. He stated that the reason for the grinding is that the brakes installed were aftermarket pads (I was never told, nor did I agree for the Earnhardt Chrysler Dealership to install aftermarket brake pads). He stated that the only way to get the grinding to stop is to get the brakes redone at the ***** dealership with ***** brake pads. ***** (***** service technician) advised ****, from the Earnhardt Chrysler Dealership know what was going on with the brakes and that they were recommending the brake pads get replaced with original ***** brakes pads. **** said since it was not a safety issue or concern They would not be paying or replacing ***** brake pads. I do not believe I should have to pay additional money to fix someone else's decision.

Was sold a car in March with a dying battery undisclosed to me. It's November and I have to purchase a new vehicle.
