      I purchased two pairs of Gaahuu Womens Sherpa Lined Pull on Slipper Booties from Tanga. When my package arrived there was only one set. I emailed them and they refunded me for one pair and told me to re-order the other pair. I re-ordered and still have not received the second pair. It shows that they were delivered on November 17th, but I never got them. I emailed again on the 29th and am horrified that they asked me to track down my mail carrier and/or go to **** to try to find the $20 booties. I was disappointed that with the first order I was asked to order another pair of the booties instead of Tanga just sending them.. Now after I order them--- they don't come at all?? Terrible business. I asked them to refund me my money. They refused because I didn't pay for the insurance, which was way too much to pay and told me to file a grievance with ****. Unbelievable.

      I never got my order. When I inquired about it they said it was delivered and closed the inquiry. I tried to complain the ******** because they were on Marketplace and ******** just kept looping me back to their site where I went through the same steps again. When I was able to sit down and spend 2-3 hours of my life to get a hole of some through texts at FB they told me it had been too long and they wouldn't do anything about it. I give Tanga 0 stars and FB even less. All of that for a t-shirt that I think was about $15. You can't prove to me that Tanga sells anything but ******** should stand up for the people against an Advertiser on their platform like they said they would. -5 stars for FB. Never buying anything from their sites again.

      I ordered a range finder through Tanga that quit working after my third use - they sold me a lemon. However, because I didn't purchase an extended warranty, and I was outside of the 30-day return window, they refused to take any action to help me. An extended warranty should not be needed for a brand new device, nor was 30 days sufficient for me to discover the defect. I strongly advise against purchasing anything through Tanga, and they won't be getting my business again.

      I ordered a baby car seat prior to doing my due diligence when using a new online company. When i read the horrible reviews afterward I panicked. None the less I need to give credit when credit is due. The car seat arrived as good if not better then expected and my grandson is loving it. Thank you Tanga.com

      I ordered a patio set that came in 2 boxes. Put together the items in one of the boxes and realized the furniture is very small for even average size people. I have reached out to the company several times on their website to talk about returning the whole order or at a minimum the box that hasn't been put together and no one has contacted me. They have no customer service phone number but I found a number to their office in ******* and have left several messages for someone to call me and as of yet- no response and it has been almost a month! At this point I guess I am out the cost of the patio furniture and will never ever purchase anything from Tanga.com due to horrible customer service.

      Will never use this site again. Theyve spammed my email somehow, but its my own fault for looking- I spent $50 with them and got TWO WRONG ORDERS. Ive had enough.

      Ordered a Kamado Grill which to be delivered in two boxes. Received the first with broken poorly packed internal components. Never received second box containing handles, base, wheels, manual, etc. Contacted Tanga promptly. Got one email back from them requesting order details I had already provided in my first email to them. Crickets after that though I have tried several times to contact them. I now have a very heavy Kamado Grill shell with broken innards sitting in my drive. Totally useless. No idea what to do with it. Contacted credit card bank with complaint for investigation. Pending.

      I purchased a neck massager 2 months ago. I have used it all of a dozen times and it started making a horrendous noise. I emailed customer service and they said that it's past 30 days so, too bad. No product warranty, nothing!You cannot leave a review on their website, so this is all I can do. Don't buy their junk!

      So I ordered a product and it came damaged. I emailed the Tanga support team and they were great. From my understanding, they work through a 3rd party, so they tried to correct the issue with them first which was fine. When that didn't work, they corrected the issue super quickly for me. I was truly so impressed with their support. From the reviews below, it sounds like they are really listening and making better changes. While this was my first and only dealing thus far with the company, their service was great and when an issue arose, they were SUPER responsive and so helpful. Idk if the Tanga team will see this ever, but thank you!
