      I am a long time customer of ********. On approximately July 23, 2023 I sold my home at ************************************ and rented a place at **************************************************************** while my new home was being built In **********************************. I convinced my landlord to utilize Blue Sky on pest control. I asked for my referral fee of *****. for setting this up. The company stated that they could not give me the referral fee until I moved in to my new home and started service again with them. I called today to start service at my new location and they refused to honor what they promised. They said they would discount my initial service fee by 10 dollars and I would have to pay 89 dollars and then 45 dollars a month ongoing. I want only what they promised. Service fee should be 50 dollars less than the 89 dollars or a check for the 50 dollar referral fee.

      This company has been taking Mo ey from my bank account for many months. I have never given them permission to do so or my account information. I never signed for this to be approved. They sent me a copy of a signed document. It appears to be the initials MD and it is ABSOLUTELY NOT my signature of ***************************. I am seeking a full refund of all that they have taken. I have not been using their services so I am owed the money. They were rude and unwilling to help or acknowledge that this form was not signed by me. So sad because they are the best pest control. But now they are also robbers.

      A collection letter was received from **** today May 24, 2023. This is for an amount of $250.80 for creditor Blue Sky Pest Control. No amount was owed as previously communicated on June 7, 2016 via email to *******. I provided proof of payments and as of today no other communication was attempted from Blue Sky Pest Control. I do not have an outstanding balance and this is now affecting my livelihood with a collection on my credit.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
