    On November 11, 2022, Epic Plumbing extorted $212 for 15 minutes of labor to fix a broken thermometer on my water tank. Nature of dispute: I am furious beyond words that Epic plumbing can pull random price numbers out of their clearly deranged and extortionist sphincters and just force customers to pay that for fixes to their system! The builders of our house made it so that we can ONLY call Epic Plumbing for water tank repairs. We even tried calling other plumbers! They said with the water tank that was installed in our home, ONLY EPIC PLUMBING COULD FIX IT! What kind of pseudo-monopolistic, sinister construct is THAT?! I even called Epic Plumbing while the plumber was here working on my tank to inquire about how they came up with such an inflated, far-fetched number, they refused to provide a clear answer on that matter, if any answer at all, which made me even angrier. No price transparency when we are helplessly captive customers of Epic Plumbing?? S**** you insidious, wallet-raping clowns for your opaque, price-gouging ways. Almost everyone on Yelp hates this company when they're forced to be in business with them. Almost all the complaints list the same thing: "Stay away. They are a complete ripoff.""I was asked to pay $140 just for (someone) showing up. Don't call this company. They will hold you to ******. And then take as much money as they can. Complete rip-off. Look for another plumbing services provider.""I wouldn't tell a customer one price and then try to charge them another if I were an honest business. Maybe steer clear.""Very bad experience all around. High prices, almost three times other very good companies and over promise and under deliver. Not very honest."Epic Plumbing, if you're reading this, your customers absolutely hate you. If these are the reviews on your Yelp page, you need to rethink your pricing scheme. Also, I demand a partial refund for the services rendered to me.
