Fearing that we had been scammed & after self testing our non functioning softening systems at 3 houses, we contacted Rite Way for help. Our initial & continuing contact was with Chance. He showed us what was wrong with the 3 systems we had purchased from what now appears to have been an unlicensed plumber & helped us decide what we needed for each house. The actual installers, **********************, were here for many hours over several days. We are VERY pleased with the products but even more pleased with the service & the established relationship. Rite Way is also helping us resolve our dispute with the previous plumber. ******** has earned its position as our go to for heating, air conditioning & plumbing issues

These guys saved my home. They responded to my plumbing emergency so quickly and were able to get my house livable again. I met so many of their workers, ****, *****, *****, ****, ***, and *******. Each one of them was so professional and efficient. They made an incredibly horrible situation tolerable. They kept me informed, and really understood how horrible it was for me. Took 2 days to complete and they were flexible with our schedule and need to find just the right vanity for our old house. ***** explained everything we needed to know and cleaned up after himself.Office said they would send a licensed plumber but the tech they sent was not licensed but does work under the license of the company's general plumber. 5 starsI am a regular customer of Pluming & A/C ******************** for over 10 years. The company provides excellent service and support. Yesterday, ****** came out and replaced a worn (23 year old) cartridge in my **** shower faucet and provided me with a reasonable estimate to reseat a toilet and replace the drain plug assembly in faucets. His work is excellent and he provided very professional customer service. 1 starI contacted them to get a plumbing inspection on my home to see what they recommended for some fixtures, and hot water heater. They set an appointment to inspect my home that same day (as is advertised) but texted me to reschedule for the next day because their tech got tied ** in *******. This was ok but then I received another text the next day to reschedule again. and finally today, 4 days later after the weekend, I called to be sure they still had me scheduled and I was told that they would not be able to do the inspection because they had too many big jobs. So basically they didn't think my job was big enough. Regardless, they do not live up to their advertising that they have same day service!!. They don't guaranty anything. This is horrible because I have now wasted 4-5 days on these guys and have to start over. 5 stars****** the service technician they sent to provide a job estimate to replace my hot water heater was prompt, easy to understand, and very helpful. I chose to get my own replacement at ********** and Plumbing & A/C Medic did the installation and disposal of the old unit. They sent 2 installers who did an excellent job.....only took a little over an hour. No more leaks. I will call them again if I ever have the need.
