    I signed a contract with Top Notch Plaster for a retile and plaster on my pool on 4/12/2024. It was finally completed on 6/08/2024 far beyond agreed on completion date. There were numerous issues with their equipment and employees causing an unacceptable quality and unfinished . There are sharp unfinished edges of plaster in the pool causing injury. The pool light was not reinstalled correctly. The ********* table was not reinstalled and there are numerous spots in the pool that were not plastered. Their pump which had issues soon after starting left over spray all over sides of my house. No sense of urgency in job completion or addressing issues to be completed or repaired. Very poor communication slow in returning calls.

    We have totally kept in contact with you regarding all of the issue you are addressing here. I have every text message with time stamps and dates with responses to your concerns. You posted this review at 5:51am on July 5th and then texted us at 10am on July 5th. You were already communicated with about the house being painted by a company which we have the paint to match the color & we have addressed the issues with areas you are saying we didnt do are from your deck guys plaster does not go in those areas and your deck guys covered up our top grout lines around the pool. The pool light issue we already told you we would be there to take a look at & set your table back on the way it was before we plastered. You wanting your deck done was the reasoning your pool plaster job was pushed out and we also discussed that. You have always been in communication with our company and I believe this a false review of saying we have poor communication and dont address issues. We had minor equipment issues which happens & we stayed on your job for 12 hours to finish up and the following week we came and cleaned up your yard spotless removed all of our trash debris and trailer & we were accused of hitting your wall which did not happen and we also took photos of the entire wall for proof. Thank you
