I purchased your Mimaki Tx F150 -75 DTF printer with shaker dryer package on 11/3/2023 from the ************** in ******* ******* ( Industrial Business Systems LLC ). ( Invoice # **** ) The machine was connected and working until they sent their tech in a couple of weeks later. He did something with the machine to cause it not to work. He told us not to worry that he would order the part and that it would arrive in a couple of days. One month later that part has not arrived. I called the ************** manager ******************* and he told me that they cannot do anything for us because we installed it. I told him that no one told us that we couldn't install it and that it was his tech that damaged the machine. I asked him if he will do anything and said No. In the meantime a *********************** who is one of your managers and he left us a nasty email. Sir or Madame we purchased this machine on credit, we rented a building and we hired employees to work the machine. The machine does not work and we may have to file for Bankruptcy if this machine isn't fixed soon. I recommend you help us fix the machine and I would also recommend that you find someone who is more professional than ***** to be one of your managers. You have great products and you do not need people like him representing you. Thanks *********************

On June 29th, 2022 we bought a 13" mini printer and oven/dryer from *** Superstore for $10,000. We were unable to get the oven to work so we contacted the *** superstore and they swapped it out for us. Then there was a lot of back and forth on if we could even properly use the oven, due to possible electrical issues. At this point we contacted the owner and asked if we could return the oven, which he did take it back and gave us a $2,995 refund for it. We have had issues with the printer from day 1 as well. The alignment has never been correct, sometimes it won't print color, sometimes it won't print the white. We have had to replace both printheads, replaced the carriage mother board, dampers, and a pump and it still has not been working. We took it back to the *** Superstore on August 1, 2022, where they had a technician working on it. They said once again that we needed to buy new print heads and replace them. We spent $1100 August 19th, 2022 on brand new print heads so they could replace them. As of today, August 30, 2022, the printer is still not working and is still in the possession of the *** superstore. We spoke to the technician in person on August 29,2022, who said he has never worked on the 13" printer before, they have no manual and have absolutely no understanding as to why it is not working. The technician said he tried parts on two different machines to see if he could find the issue and both machines will not work. The *** Superstore is now not selling this specific printer to the public because they are having issues with them.On August 30, 2022, the owner of the *** Superstore, said we can either have another brand new 13" mini printer and they won't give us our $1100 printheads back. They also said they will not extend our 3 month warranty. Their other option was to upgrade to a printer that they supposedly know more about for another $6000. However, we just want a refund at this point. Which they are refusing to do.
