    I worked at Seville Golf and Country Club for over a year and truly enjoyed my role and the relationships I built with members and coworkers. I took pride in maintaining a safe, clean environment and was committed to doing the job well.Unfortunately, when I began raising legitimate safety concernssuch as chemical handling issues and compliance with **** standardsI was met with hostility instead of support. After filing internal reports and later a whistleblower complaint with ****, I experienced clear retaliation: reduced hours, blocked transfers, inconsistent scheduling, and dismissive treatment by management.Multiple managers suggested I quit, even though I remained professional and solution-oriented. Eventually, after referencing arbitration in a tense conversation, I was forced off the property and had to walk home in extreme heat. Even after leaving the company, I received an unsolicited message warning me not to return to the property, despite having no intention of doing ***** intention in writing this is to raise awarenessnot to harm. Employees deserve to feel safe when raising concerns. I hope Sevilles leadership grows into a team that listens, protects, and values those who show up every day to support the clubs success.
