    I rented from these people for five yrs and they took every bit of our deposit after we filled all holes, painted the walls, baseboards, and door frames. I spent three days cleaning the grout they gave me black. I cleaned the carpets with my professional rug doctor every three months that I lived there. The pool pumps were broken when we moved in and I ended up buying two pool vacuums, drained and cleaned three times in three yrs because they didnt want to fix it right. They say you have to return the house in perfect condition. I said I didnt get it in perfect condition and she said well it has to be professionally done. They are very much rules for thee but not for me company. They are thieves. Never use them. They will take and take your money and not bat an eye. Shady company.

    This company has broken multiple laws regarding tenants' rights and the owners display heavily discriminatory behavior. They need to be fined and dissolved.
