I am a resident here at ********* Estates in ****, **. This weekend someone pooped in the pool by the office. The p*** was removed, I assume by ****, the maintenance person in the park. No cleaning was done and no signs or barriers were put up to close the pool for the remainder of the weekend. This afternoon someone had swam in the pool after the p*** was removed and **** had asked her if she swam in it. She replied yes and he said she shouldn't because someone pooped in it. He suggested for stay out of it until Monday, April 14 when he talks to the office. Still tonight, April 13 at 8:15 pm there are no signs or barriers closing the pool. It is regrettable you had this experience.
We spoke with your Community Manager who said the following: " I did not know this happened. I spoke to ****, he was not aware of anything in the pool. He said he was busy that Sat and not even in the Community. **** did not know anything about it either, so they are not sure if there was actually p*** in there, and if there was who cleaned it out. Another Resident mentioned to them the ************** so **** closed the pool Monday and shocked it first thing in the *********

They blocked me from going to the main office even though I haven't been in there for 3 years. They are going to fine me if I write another review of them on ****** reviews. They have prohibited from contacting anymore due maintenance issues or neighbor issues. They have sent me letters stating there lawyers when they are not. They have tools me the gym is closed so year even though other people are allowed at the gym. They have acted retaliatory towards me for years and prohibited from enjoying my lot.Initial Complaint

I moved into my home in October 18,2022. Signed all the papers and sealed my deal for my new home. I was told that the community provided trash cans and that I had 30days to find problems in the home that needed to be addressed. I am now going into my 3rd month and I cant get any answers as to when I will get a trash can or any of the issues will be addressed. The dumpster on site is locked when they arent there and I literally have to let trash build up in my home. They are charging utility charges to tenants that are not within ******* landlord tenant laws. They are charging separate for water with no water meter. ******************* charge (meters seem to be inoperative) my power usage has been zero, a sewer charge, and garbage charges ******* code # **********. Utility charges; waste, garbage and rubbish removal charges. States *for gas, water or electricity there shall be a separate meter for every user* and * B. If the landlord separately charges for utilities, the landlord shall not charge more than the prevailing basic service single family residential rate charged by the serving utility or provider.* above is basic information from ******* code #**-1413.01 .. Since purchasing this property treehouse H3437**313732323531H village and all subsidiaries claim to claim they want to assist seniors but everything they do goes against these claims. This development owned by treehouse communities should be condemned. There is crime, drugs, stray animals, homeless people, gun shots, trash everywhere, houses that are falling apart, people overdosing and illegal immigrants living in here. We want our money back for this mobile home.
