    I used DB MIST SYSTEMS to install my system. They have been coming twice a year to service the shut on/off of the unit.This year I was unable to schedule my usual spring turn-on due to a medical problem including a trip to the emergency room at the hospital. When I was finally able to schedule my turn-on, I called *********************, THE ****** and explained why I did not call sooner, he said it was too late for him to come out.He offered no assistance whatever or recommended anyone else. That is how I was treated after years of loyal service. I am in a wheelchair full-time which does not make things any easier.I would suggest if you are looking to have a mist system INSTALLED AND THEN SERVICED, to look elsewhere. Everything has to be on their terms only, not yours.Thank you for reading.*****
