5 starsEfficient Roofing was great. They took care of a leak in my mom's roof gave me piece of mind. I live in **************** and my 80 yr old mom is in ********. A few tiles blew off of her roof during a storm and she noticed a leak around her fireplace. ******* from Efficient Roofing came out and gave me a very competitive quote to find the issue and check the entire roof. I have been a GC for over 20 years and am proud of the way this company performs and behaves. I am sure this was not a big job for them but after hearing my story and completed the work the owner of the company went to my mom house and told her he would be there for her if she ever needs anything. When you live **** miles away this is the kind of treatment you hope to get for the ones you love. Great company I cannot say enough great things about them.Review fromKim A

They were timely, clean, caring, and very polite. ******** walked me through every step and let me know what to expect. Both answered all my questions and either picked up the phone or returned calls in a timely manner. ******* emailed me photos of the new roof along with the paid invoice after I made the final payment. We're very happy we went with Efficient roofing that gave a 10-year warranty on labor and a 30-year Malarkey Shingle manufacturing warranty. Malarkey shingle is a type of roofing shingle made of Rubberized Asphalt, Upcycled ****************** and Smog-Reducing Granules. It offers three popular styles: Architectural, Designer, and 3-tab, each made with NEX Polymer Modified (Rubberized) Asphalt, upcycled tires, plastic bags, and smog-reducing granules. Malarkey shingles provide superior all-weather resilience, reduce landfill waste, and help clean the air. Architectural shingles, sometimes called laminate shingles, utilize a dual-layer construction which gives them weight and strength to better withstand extreme weather, as well as added roof dimension for overall curb appeal as explained on the Malarkey Roof website.Review fromMelissa W

5 starsI was referred by a former Customer of mine. These guys got out here worked really hard at cleaning the old shingles and putting on the new. Repaired the rot of Patio Cover. In three days it looks like a new house. Very friendly and professional. I cannot say enough good about them. ****** and crew are the best!***************************
