Along with my description of the problem below I am also attaching hereto my email chain with Steadfast Safes (which you may want to read from the bottom upwards) and my purchase receipt. Recently, I ordered a gun safes from Steadfast. I wanted to make sure to register the purchase in calendar year 2022 (for tax write-off purposes). As you will see below, I purchased the safe from Steadfast on Dec. 29th. My order was confirmed via email on that date (receipt attached), and my payment was "captured" by ******************* on Dec. 30th as noted in her email to me below. Six days later, as I was awaiting receipt of delivery of the safe, Steadfast instead sent me an email backing out of the purchase and blaming their decision to terminate my purchase on the "manufacturer" - ****** Safes. As you will see below, I told them I felt this was very unjust and was akin to bait and switch type tactics, and I asked them to honor my purchase or otherwise make it right somehow. However, Steadfast's only response was to say they were "sorry" and that if I wanted to buy it at a higher price, to let them know. I have never in all my years been subject to this type of unfair dealing and such incredibly poor and short-sided customer service (and I am also very frustrated about losing my tax write-off). I would still like to own a ****** safe but I no longer trust Steadfast Safes.Sincerely,Lachlan (Lock) ******** ***************
