    I need to contact this company. I think my installer may have installed the door incorrectly. The issue is not covered in the installation videos. I called Unique and waited to be connected only to be disconnected after a few minutes. The other reviews seem to be right, no customer service, bad biz **********************!

    I had one installed on my Vegas home. Its very nice, solid no issues for over 5 years now.I'm in the process of ordering another one for **************** now. I have no idea why this company has poor feedback, this security door I have is very nice.

    Bought a security door through *********** No way to locate a customer contact number for this Business. As others have stated, it's as if they don't want you to locate them. Poor Service and now I'm sorry I ordered this product. Do not buy!

    I ordered an "Estate" security door (white: 32"x80"). It arrived early but it was incorrect in all respects (Black: 30"x80"). They would not send a replacement to correct their mistake. I had to get a refund from ********** and was told I'd need to reorder (wasting another month or more for delivery). I won't be ordering another door from this company.

    DOOR JUST INSTALLED AND IS RUSTED. NO EMAIL TO CONTACT. FOR GET IT. VERY BAD SERVICE. ITS LIKE THEY DONT WANT ANYONE TO CONTACT THEM....

    Wood/fiberglass screen doors are TERRIBLY built. Frame members are not adequately fastened/glued together - pulling apart even before installation complete. Also, screen pulling out from fastening channel upon unpacking.I'll try some very long screws through the edge at just the right places, plus some glue, to strengthen the frame joints.

    These doors are made of the poorest quality and good luck trying to get this door to do what a door is designed to do which is open and close. Unique should not be in business. Bought mine at ********** where a customer would expect a quality product. If it cost $20 I would return this piece of sheet metal that this company calls a door. Fyi. A Door is made to go in and out of.

    I bought a white ** Casa security door made by UHD at ********** and it started rusting within a few months. ********** won't make good and referred me to UHD. UHD Customer **pport says "Yes it rusts", in effect. Lousy product, disappointing company response.

    Door rusted along the edgers in the first year, looks like garbage. Trying to contact Unique Home Designs has been fruitless. They put you on hold then the line goes to "save voicemail" and hangs up. What's up with that????
