Customer BEWARE!!! ********************** of ******************** Spa is fraud. I bought a Groupon for Micro-needling. At the appointment, Nurse *** micro-needled me for less than 15 minutes. We discussed Botox, and I paid $450 45 units to be injected into my face and the membership fee. The Botox and micro-needling bruised my face. There was a special for $300 units and get 10 free. I was in the office 13 days later to use the special and get a facial. During the facial there was no extraction. When I met the nurse for Botox she showed me the paper from the first injection and there were less than 45 units injected! I asked the nurse to show me the units of Botox and she injected them into my face. Since I enrolled in the membership, I scheduled an appointment for my complimentary ********* session. The man who performed the service was 30 minutes late to my appointment and during the session he used a red light, ********* IS A YELLOW LIGHT!! I did not know this until I got home and did my research. I posted a negative Yelp review and manager *** replied. I called nearly 2 weeks ago and she said she wanted to make it up to me. She said she would be investigating and talking to the owner. It is August 10th and still no resolution, they are not returning my call. I have asked for the owner to follow up. Every single procedure I was cheated!! I know this because I went to another business and she does great work! If you want a recommendation, message me! DO NOT book services at Drop of Beauty. I have asked the owner to call me. I feel the employees take what the customer pays for and uses on themselves.- I.e. give customer less Botox than they pay for or giving them a different laser.
