    I paid $3900. for a trip to ********** July 6, 2023. I then went on a cruise to ******. with my family. Got Covid, was very sick and spent almost all my trip in isolation with my daughter checking on me. I got scared and decided if I was out of country I probably would have died. so, decided to cancel my trip even Tho I would only get half my money back. I cancel in time for half back (August 5.). When I called and talked to **** from Magnificat tours, he said no problem he had some family matters he had to take care of them I would get my refund. He went on to tell me he had just adopted a child and his wife had her appendix bust so he had a lot of expenses. I guess they co-mingle their funds. I canceled in time for a 50% refund. This group was organized by our Church. I called him several times and I think he pick up one more time saying to give him a couple of weeks, them he would not pick up the phone and blocked my e-mails. My Priest also tried calling him and got the same response, then he quite taking his calls. I tried calling his mother ************************** .but was also blocked. left a message and did not get a call back. I know I will probably never see a dime but hope there is some action you can take against him. I have several sheets for this trip, let me know if you need more. I sent the one that addresses refunds
