    Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a formal complaint against Happy Cans for poor customer service and failure to address my account concerns.On April 4th, I booked a garage can cleaning service online, which was performed on April 5th. Following the service, I reached out to Happy Cans via their online portal on April 12th to request a schedule change. I followed up a week later on April 19th, but I have received no response to either inquiry.Furthermore, I am unable to make changes or delete my credit card information through their customer portal. This has left me unable to manage my account, and I am at their mercy to address these issues.On April 22nd and 23rd, I called the company, left a voicemail, and sent two text messages. Despite my attempts, I have not received any acknowledgment or response from Happy Cans.I have only paid for one service at the rate of $18.99, and as the company advertises no contract or cancellation fee, I am requesting the immediate removal of my credit card information from their system and a confirmation that no further charges will be processed.I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring Happy Cans responds to my requests in a timely manner.Thank you for your attention to this issue.
