  I have used Heartwood for a number of years, and they have always done a nice job planting and maintaining my trees. They are easy to get in touch with, show up when scheduled, do the requested work, and then clean up at the end. I'll continue to use Heartwood in the future.

  ****** prepared our estimate and explained what would be done. He also provided additional information about tree maintenance that we can use in the future. **** and his crew arrived on time and did a great job removing a dead pine tree and trimming a silk oak. They were fast, friendly and efficient and very attentive to the safety of the neighborhood. They did a complete clean up and left no trace that they had ever been there. We would highly recommend Heartwood.

  I have used Heartwood Tree Care for about 10 years. Workers have consistently been on time, and do a great job and clean up. The office staff is very efficient and polite. I trust them completely with my tree care.

  I have used Heartwood three times over the past couple years,and every time they have been considerate and conscientious in their scheduling, their recommendations and their follow-through. Courteous and soooo nice to deal with. The work has been as prescribed and the results excellent.

  I contacted Heartwood to get 2 trees trimmed after the brutal summer we had this year. When they arrived, they noticed a fresh crack in the trunk base of my 30 yr. old ******** that would have taken out 3 bedrooms of my house so we decided to remove the tree. They are so professional and knowledgeable about the trees and the care they need. When it came to my 70 year old Silver Dollar Eucalyptus tree out back that I did not want to lose, they recommended a soil conditioning treatment before the trim and I saw my beautiful tree perk up within days. The trim was completed with a lift and looks absolutely wonderful! I am hoping to get many more years of incredible shade for my back yard. I have to say that in 32 years as a home owner I have never had someone come in and be so meticulously tidy. It made me chuckle. Thank you, ******, for the positive experience.

  We have two Texas Ebony trees that were severely damaged in a recent storm. We contacted Heartwood based on a recommendation from a friend who had used their services previously. We were very impressed by arborist ******'s knowledge of what happened to our trees and why. From there, he made recommendations for the immediacy and for long term care. The quote was comparable in cost to other tree services that hadn't provided the kind of information we received from Dakota. We scheduled them immediately. The team that came out showed up promptly on time and got to work soon after. They worked diligently and with care for what the trees' structure would require. They had our poor beaten trees looking amazing and healthy in a couple of hours. We couldn't be happier with the level of care and service we received. This company truly takes pride in their work and is unwaveringly dedicated to **************** and maintenance. We look forward to a long working relationship with them. Highly recommend!

  Highly recommend. I was referred to Heartwood through A&P nurseries ( specifically a knowledge base of fruit trees) for a consult and estimate on a 5 acre property I work at with 100+ trees. They got back to me right away and got me in the next week. ****** was professional in all ways: excellent communication, impressive knowledge base, and seamless process.We received an estimate a few years prior and were quoted almost double the cost of the estimate from Heartwood for the same amount of trees without removal which speaks to the honesty and integrity of Heartwoods owners. I was really impressed with the level of service and feedback received and feel very confident that our trees will be handled in a safe and healthy way so we can keep enjoying them for years to come.
