    I hired Pristine Water company to repair my water softener. A technician came to my home and showed where the water was spilling from. It was a large crack in the neck of the resin tank. He charged me $75.00 dollars. The tank is under warranty for ten years. He said the company would order a tank and he would change the resin and return my softener to serviceable. This was about over a year ago. When I called them to get an update it was the same story " the tanks are on back order". They stopped answering the phone. I know I know I should have recognized the fraudulent signs. Beware of the Prestine Water ****

    Worse experience with this company, they sent postcards as a parcel been held, then the salesman doesnt explain in detail how the contract works, they came and installed a defective system which since day one it started leaking wasting water and money not to mention that they dont provide you with the contract after youre stuck with their product and not being able to cancel the purchase

    I just purchased a home and this company has sent me 10 post cards within 3 week period stating NOTICE OF PARCEL ON HOLD as if it is urgent. They make it seem as if it is coming from the ***** Pure deception at its best. Stop sending me your post card it just goes right into the trash. Save the environment instead of killing trees with your garbage.

    Contract information not being given before the installation!Salesman performance was shady and unacceptable! After I made contact with the salesperson and questioned him about it he stated, I dont remember that. Than he stated it was the way it is in the industry
