    June 15-*************** has been servicing our AC unit for years, service has been great. June we had them out for our semi-annual service. Shortly after we began having issues with our AC unit, leaking. Since then we have had them out half a dozen times to fix the issue. Two of those situations were emergency calls. The company and reps told ** multiple times we would hear from someone to come back and fix our ceiling. We have continued to call and are not getting a call back. Our ceiling now has mold growing and there is still no response. I will be attaching call logs, pictures and any other documentation needed.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I did however find it unprofessional in the way in which it was almost demanded we remove our complaint immediately. This request was made after weeks of ignoring **. In addition requested at the initial show up to assess/repair the damage. I was not willing to address my complaint until the project was completed. It has now been finished and to our satisfaction.
