      **** came out to install a new mini split in one of my Rentals . In less than a year the system totally broke down and was under warranty from k and j and never responded to calls to repair or replace. I had to buy a complete new system from another ac company

      I used K&J a few years ago and they installed a 2 zone central a/c system. Ive had problems with the drainage with the blower unit in the attic, which stained my ceiling, and they came out and cleared the drain line. I also had them put a Min Split in my main floor den. That broke a coolant line and they came out and fixed it. Last year I had them install a Mini Split in my 2nd floor master bedroom. In the meantime, the attic blower doesnt drain right and it still stains my ceiling. Then the main floor blower started leaking. They came out and said the drain line needs to be cleaned out periodically. After cleaning, it still leaks. Last summer I had another Mini Split installed in a northwest bedroom. Then the Mini Split in the den started leaking outside. I contacted **** about this and the main floor blower, no answer. *** politely left voicemails and texts multiple times since the summer but no response. Then the Northwest Mini Split drain line started leaking. After inspecting I found they used a clear vinyl tubing and it has collapsed. So I have both my main units and 2 mini splits leaking and they refuse to respond. Ive given them numerous times to answer and discuss when they can come out. *** warned them that Ill have no choice but to go on line and warn other consumers unless they call back. They have not responded. At this point, I cant recommend ***** A/C as a responsible company.
