    Deserves a minus score.. 1st I was told there was a 1 yr warranty on parts and labor during initial visit.. Then after work began owner **** states no only a 90 day warranty. Initial call to Mr ********************** of Surprise was regarding my electrolux washer was not draining either cause of a clog knowing *** of dog blankets i ran thru it or drain pump which was replaced less than 6 months ago. The washer threw a code E32 which indicated a CLOG in the drain line/filter, pump or pressure sensor. At the initial visit the tech listen to washer try to drain making a humming sound like trying to engage the pump. Immediately stated needs pressure sensor. On 2nd visit - sensor was installed. DID NOT fix washer drain issue. Tech state's now had to be the pump. Owner on the phone with states the drain pump is available from out of state when I found it locally. Tech's 3rd visit I was charged 2nd SVC CALL FEE this didn't make sense since it was all related to same problem. - washer not draining. New drain pump installed THIS DID NOT FIX the Washer draining issue. NOW paid for TWO service call fee's plus TWO new parts and Washer still NOT fix. After installed owner he wanted the old drain pump as there is a core charge. Not true. At this point, since pressure sensor and new pump did not fix washer draining problem the Tech decided to take the washer apart and exam the drain hose and line. I would have thought this would been the first thing done in diagnosing the draining issue instead of just ordering the first part and saying that part did not work for lets now order a pump and that did not work . Tech took apart drain line, hoses and filter found lots of dog hair (I took pictures of this) clogging draining. It cost me ****** since no initial exam of drain hose system done.Don't recommend MR. ************************ In my opinion this company is about making the most money they can off of customer's. I feel my money past the first visit should be refunded to me.

    This company lied to me over the phone. Then showed up and lied to me again. It looks like they are highly dishonest as a practice of how they do business. We called about a washer that would not drain. They said they would show up drain it as part of their diagnosis fee. When they showed up they would not drain it and said we needed a ******+ repair. My husband said the was BS and bought a shop-vac, drained it, cleared the clog and the washing machine is running just fine again. They were trying to hold us hostage until we agreed to the repair we did not need. Very dishonest and after calling other businesses to find out how they would handle this they agree that part of a proper diagnosis would be to drain it and clear the clog first. My husband even thinks they may have known this and were going to act like they did a repair to charge us hundreds of dollars instead of the very high ****** Diagnosis fee. With they way they do business who knows what they were up to but it was not to help us, it was to help themselves to our hard earned money.
