  Per previous issues that started back in June 2023 and are continuing to this day, 09/10/2023, despite the company saying "The business addressed the issues within the complaint, but the consumer remains dissatisfied."Im not satisfied as the issue of leaving dirty diapers is continuing to happen. Nuisances. A. Anything which is obnoxious to health, or is indecent, or is offensive to the senses, or is an obstruction to the free use of property so as to interfere with the comfortable enjoyment of life or property by any considerable number of persons, or unlawfully obstructs any public street, alley, sidewalk or highway is hereby declared a nuisance and may be abated by order of the City Court. Every person who commits or maintains a nuisance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

  We have been in contact with the Owner of this unit many times as a formal letter of violation. The ***** of ********* is aware of this issue also. We can only write a violation letter every two weeks. As stated before. This is ** Law on violation enforcement. This is being done. You are welcome to call the city to report this also. We are doing all that we are allowed to do per the community documents and the ** Law which we follow.
