  This place is a joke I took my car to them for a sixty mile check up . They kept my car a week longer than they told me .i had plans that weekend to go to *********** to a family wedding as I told them I need my car for that he told me that I shouldnt drive the car as it needed to go to dealership as he couldnt get it to go into gear and they needed to reset the clutch he tried to do it Friday nite but couldnt do it told me he had to have dealership do it and he was going to have them do it . This s after. Caught him in a lie that he said he was waiting on a part that is a clip behind the clutch , so I called the dealership as this excuse went on for days and they told me that they delivered it to him two days ago and when I confronted him about the lie he verbally attacked me saying was I calling him a liar and he doesnt lie when he knew he was lying he told me to pick up my car .i went down to pick my car up and he apologized saying cant we work out this thing and let by ***** be by gone . I agreed and let him continue to work as he promised me he would have it done by fri nite . I walked down around 5 to see if my car was ready and it was up on a lift when he said that he just had to get the clutch reset and would have it done tonite I went back at seven and he still wasnt working on my car finally he started trying to get clutch reset he tried until 9 at nite me waiting and he said I could take my car but he wouldnt drive it to losangeles as he told m that the car cant go to freeeay speed so I had to cancel my trip and wedding .he said that he would take it to them on Sunday . When Monday came and I called to get my car I snd he had ************************************************************************************ to pick it up at dealership and he didnt want to work on my car and would give me my money back . I got my car at dealership only to find out I needed a new ****** at 6 grand and I couldnt believe it then I decided to buy a car there

  In January of this year my car failed, Luigis Automotive diagnosed that the engine was dead.We trusted them to repair the car, the cost of the repair was $4850.48 In 10 days they had to put in a second engine because the first one failed immediately (according to them). After 11 days (Feb 16) with the second engine it had another failure (intake manifold) that cost $522. On March 5 they were informed that it was leaking oil, the car was taken to them twice until they found the problem. March 19, they were notified that there was smoke under the engine hood, I drop the car two times to be inspected and they never found the problem.After 23 days the second engine failed again (March 27). I had to pay $240 for the tow truck to take it to the Luigis Automotive facilities. On April 8 they told me that they want to install a third engine, but they do not want to guarantee their work, they only want to give until April 25, I refused and requested a refund.luigis automotive refuses to refund my money. and they made me pick up my car from their facilities for which I had to pay $100 for a tow truck The expenses incurred due to poor service from Luigis Automotive are so far $5,637.48 What I have left to do is obtain legal advice.
