      My truck AC was out, I recharged it several times but it wont hold a charge, it has a bad leak....this is exactly what I told **** Auto. They took my vehicle and guess what they did....they recharged it and charged me $100.75. And guess what else, the charge is already gone after a week....a total waste of $100. I was so unhappy with the fact they didn't listen to me about the recharge that I did not want to go back. I suppose it would have been best to go back to Joe's Auto and give them a chance to fix, but I was so unhappy with the inconvenience. (Please Note: the employees I interacted with were all very kind and friendly).Therefore, I took my truck to another place (friends mechanic) and, again, advised him of the recharge issue. He listened to my concern and found that the compressor and the expansion value are leaking. Granted, this is going cost me upwards of $500 but at least it will be fixed this time. AZ summer season is no joke.

      I took my truck to get it fixed on 03/22/24 around 2:30 pm at Joe's auto on Avondale my brake pedal was going down every time I brake, so I tough it was the booster pump .I asked the guy in the front office to make sure to do a inspection before he goes and installs the booster pump ,so he offered me to do a diagnostic, he said it will take a couple of hours so I said I will wait because I don't have a ride home and I need the truck to get to work . So not even ************************************************************************************** $1258.71 stupid me not thinking about that diagnostic that he never did and charge for it I got a ride home he said that my truck was going to be ready before they closed he calls me and tells me that my truck is not ready I told him that I need it the truck to get to work he said he will call me back he never did they lock my truck I didn't go to work I had to rent a car I went to get the truck on Monday is I was leaving the shop he made a comment All it needed was a adjustment on a rod ******* sure I just pay all that money for some parts that I didn't need it he dropped my driver's side glass he calls me and tells me that I need I new motor for my window I been driving my truck with the missing switch for 2 years and ever anything happen and I got proof he took it a part not onlyy driver's side panel but the passenger side too now I got to broken door panels and my window on the passenger side don't work I am not asking for anything free I am paying $1258.71 plus I got to fix the windows and my brakes don't work wen I went to pick up the truck on Monday morning I was driving out of the shop and there was no brakes on my truck wen I went to brake for a stop it didn't stop I almost got in a accident he didn't care he gives back my truck knowing that its not fix I have witnesses that I almost hit with my truck he doesn't care I wish I would have been in a accident so that he.really pay for riping people like that i.n s c

Your commentary here is the first description whatsoever of your issues to us, where as typically a normal first course of action would be to have returned to see **** at the service location and asked him to recheck all of the work. It should be no surprise that the technicians at our repair facility can do much more to help you than the BBB or anyone on the internet can, however letting us know in an appropriate way is key to that. Given that your original concern was on 3/22 and the date is now 4/17, it's safe to say ample time has been available to talk to us about that first.
