      I went in with a specific request for a chin length hair cut.. came out with a super short pixie cut.. needless to say it was not what I wanted. Even with a picture of the style I wanted she got it wrong. Debating on asking for a refund and will definitely be going elsewhere for future hair services.

      CHECK YOUR RECEIPT BEFORE LEAVING THIS ESTABLISHMENT, KEEP YOUR RECEIPT AND CHECK YOUR BANKING/CREDIT INSTITUTION IMMEDIATELY TO MAKE SURE THE CHARGES DROPPED ARE WHAT YOU BELIEVED YOU PAID. This review is for the ***********, Ocotillo, store. In July, 2023, I signed my credit card receipt for $162 and some change. When it showed up on my credit card statement, it was for $199 and some change. I didn't catch it right away on the statement but when I did, I called the store who referred me to their corporate office. ******** was very kind (communicating only through email - no phone conversation allowed). They did a cursory investigation, made a lot of assumptions and ended up stating that since it had been 6 months since the visit, they could no longer find the receipt.There was also a $25.00 charge one month before the visit mentioned above that I also asked them to investigate as I had not been in the store during that time. The answer was "this is for a haircut and the customer had to be there to sign the receipt. Well, I wasn't there the month before. I do not get my hair cut every month and I do not make a special trip to a salon just to buy products as the markup is ridiculously high. Also, if they found the receipt for the older visit why couldn't they find the receipt for the more current visit? Final Conclusion: I'm out $65.00 and a hair salon I've been going to for over 3years.

      From the welcome, to the awesome hair massage, very customer service friendly. ***** knows how to treat her customers & is awesome at listening & giving you that super look! Very happy with hairstyle

      ***** is the best he gave me exactly what I asked for both times with him . Also a great guy he listens to what your wanting and does it. I'm very happy with my hair after years of getting bad haircuts.
