Your information is obtained by Skulls and Butterflies for records only and to distribute future mailings/offers for our return customers. If you wish to be removed from any promotional/special offer emails, please email us directly at [email protected] to submit your request of removal. All requests to be removed off of our distribution list will be processed within 72 hours of receipt

Return Policy :

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Your unworn, unused item(s) may be returned to us for exchange of any other item we have in stock within 14 days of original ship date. Tags should still be attached to item and returned in the same condition that we shipped it to you. All sales Final and all items "As is" on all Gently used items sold in our boutique. Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item(s) We will send you the requested exchange item(s) via USPS at no shipping charge to you. Your store credit for the returned item(s) will be the original purchase price,including any discounts received and any state taxes paid. Original shipping cost is not credited/refunded for any items returned for exchange. Store credit can be used on any items currently in stock only. All new items you are exchanging for are subject to all required state and local taxes.  To process your exchange, please contact us first by emailing your exchange request and questions [email protected]. Once we receive your email with your request to exchange, we will respond with the details and instructions and to confirm that that item you are looking to exchange for is currently in stock.  We reserve the right to refuse any exchange request if the item is not returned in the same condition that we sold the item in, per the rules listed for exchanges/returns. To protect you and your purchase/return, please be sure to ship item back to Skulls and Butterflies Boutique with a service that provides a tracking number for reference and confirmation of delivery. Skulls and Butterflies Boutique is not responsible for lost or damaged packages and its contents, so please be sure to pack return item with same care we used when shipping it orignally. If item is returned to us damaged, we reserve the right to refuse exchange/store credit. If for any reason your return of your item is denied due to failure to comply to return policy, item will be shipped back to customer USPS Non-priorty mail at our expense. We will notify you if this is the case and please allow 7-10 business days for return receipt of your denied item. If your return/exchange meets qualificaitons per our Return Policy above, Please allow 3 business days after receipt in our warehouse for your exchange to be processed and shipped to you. Item will be shipped to customer via regular USPS only. Priority mail on initial order only with free shipping offers.All refunds will be processed within 3 business days on our end. Please allow a full 10 business days for it to show on your account. If you do not see it on your account after 10 days, contact your bank to ensure that it is not pending. If it is not pending, please let us know ASAP and we will look into it for you. If you should have any questions about our return policy please be sure to contact us prior to making your purchase.
