Sold me a vehicle without seat belt and promise to get them to me, recieve 1 of the 4 parts to the seat belts for the rear seat in a 2012 ram 3500 crew cab. It was a is used part with a ***** mount plate & no mounting hardware. Vehicle was supposed to have been inspected & needed an ac ****************** pump, which they charge me for them installing it, supposedly have the brakes done to. There is no way anyone took the tires off to do the brakes like they claimed without seeing the bend rim & huge cracks on the tire or the separated ball joints, Seems apparent the truck had been in a collision. they haven't disclosed why they replaced the interior, including the dash & seat, & the windshield, don't know if airbags have deployed, since the airbag light is on and has been since I bought it from them. The squeeling noise that was brought to both ************* attention come to find out it was a blown exhaust gasket, cause their mechanic didn't torque the exhaust bolt. 8 out of the 12 bolt were barely finger tight & 2 of them nearly came out just by touch employee stating their mechanic found nothing wrong with the truck, and the texts I received after sending them a minimum repair cost quote, at which point during my exchange with **** via text, **** the owner, called me immediately after 1st mechanic's quote was sent demanding that his truck be back up to them in ******** immediately, & when I get there i'm expected to pay for the brakes jobs they did on my trade or they could put my old brake pads back on my trade-in if I wouldn't pay & make me drive my trade-in back to Yuma or he would put those old brake pads back on the trade-in, drive it down to Yuma on a flatbed, drop it off in my front yard & just take his truck back, after I already had to put new front tires on the truck due to what can only been described as rim, tire, & 2 ball joints being damage do to what appears to be an undisclosed collision. I recieved seatbelts only after filing a bad ****** review
