      My vehicle sustained damage while going through the car wash due to faulty equipment. I attempted to collect damages from the General manager **** he told me that the car wash was not liable for damages. I believe they are and should fix the dent and trim piece that was ripped of my vehicle.

      I spoke to Mr. ****** regarding his damage claim and promptly started researching the claim, which included speaking with the manager on duty, contacting maintenance staff, and asking them to inspect the equipment. They found no issues or irregularities. I then drove to the site and personally inspected the equipment, finding no issues that could cause the alleged damage. After reviewing the camera footage, I noticed that the damage Mr. ****** referred to was pre-existing on his vehicle before entering the car wash tunnel. Therefore, his claim was denied.

      In the month of November 2023, I noticed a charge of $24.99 twice from ***************************** Carwash, which I thought was very odd. I dispute it, and on June 12, 2023, I decided to stop by to wash my car after not washing it for several months. I told the employee I'd like to cancel, and he then told me I have to cancel online. I then proceeded to ask why I got charged twice. He went and looked in the system and showed me that I had been paying for someone else's Carwash membership under the name of ******************, who owned a F-150 ***** I tell him I don't know that person. Francis and Sons employee stated that ***************************** sold him a membership on March 20, 2022, so I have been paying for someone else's membership for over a year. I tried calling corporate, and she was very rude and said nothing she could do.

      Customer called our office on 12/6/23 and requested a refund after she had filed a dispute with her bank.  We explained to her since she filed a dispute with the issuing bank we must respond and work directly with the bank based on the credit card dispute policy terms and conditions and therefore unable to refund directly to the customer. 

      Customer will be receiving a refund directly from their bank since they filed a dispute.

      there car was damaged my car very bad and they will do nothing to resolve the problem

      Ive spoken to ********* multiple times and even went to his place of business to inspect the alleged damage and after reviewing it I denied the claim as the car wash equipment did not damage his vehicle by simply washing the vehicle in our wash tunnel. 

      I invited ********* Back to our facility to show customer our equipment and offered to rewash the vehicle again to understand how and why he Feels it happened in our tunnel unfortunately he declined our offer. 

      Im available to meet ********* at our Carwash  site if he wishes to accept our offer.

      I have been overcharged so many times in the past year for other customers' monthly fees, bogus charges F&S cannot explain and they tell me they're working it out with the corporate office and not sure what's going on. With every unauthorized charge, I have to dispute the charges through AMX, I have been refunded. I have called F&S many times and they assure me it will be corrected to no avail. I canceled my membership in May ***************************************** several monthly fees each month. Each month I call F&S and they say they're working on it and they keep charging my card!! Again this morning, my card was again charged!

      Hello,

       

      We contacted ************** on 8/22/2022 and left a voicemail message and contacted him again today 8/29/22 and spoke to him and explained our POS systems provider informed us of a glitch that was causing the auto recharge and has assured us the problem is now resolved and there should be no future charges to Mr. ****** Credit Card.


      We also explained to ************** since hes already disputed the charges through his Credit Card issuer, were unable to give a refund.
