    Horribly run business. Staff is just a bunch of high schoolers with bad attitudes and little training on proper customer service. The nerve to ask customers for tips on non-existent customer service is, quite frankly, an insult. Someone flipping around an iPad and waiting for their coworker to make the drink without even so much as a smile or a kind word does not deserve a tip. It's not the staff's fault that they aren't trained, but it absolutely is their fault for giving attitude to every customer and making excuses for mistakes instead of offering to fix them. It feels like there is never a manager on duty anytime I go, and it is quite frankly a bit sickening to see the responsibility of running a business falling on a bunch of 17 year olds with bad attitudes. Such a shame, I used to love coming here.
