    I contracted with ***** in January 2025 to sell a variety of household items ahed of down sizing my living arrangements. They included a mahogany piano and bench; oak dining table with 6 chairs; a vintage tea caddy; vintage bar cart; and a variety of decorative items as well as tools and items from my husband's garage. In total about 20 items. When ***** evaluated items in my home, I was told that they had sold a piano like mine for about $700, so I expected that I would get at least a couple of hundred dollars for it. By the end of March, all the items were sold. ***** collected a grand total of $300 for everything (they sold the piano for $25 and the dining set for $50!!) And then they paid me $7.60 (that is not a misprint) after they had subtracted their fees and commission. DO NOT do business with these folks. They are dishonest and, when I protested the extremely low amounts they sold some of the bigger items, they were rude. I feel completely ripped off. Choose a different auction house if you need to sell your belongings. I wish I had.
