    I visited this establishment for the first time on December 13th to get my brows threaded and chin/ upper lip waxed. The woman burnt the skin along my upper lip and chin with severe swelling, burning and irritation. I contacted a medical professional right away as the burning was unbearable and my skin was starting to boil. I suffered from second degree ***** due to her negligence. After leaving med check I contacted the establishment to explain and simply asked for a refund which she agreed to. I showed up and she proceeded to tell me this was her first error and since she only burnt part of my face that I only deserve a small portion of a refund. I was appalled! I paid $45 for a service to end up in a urgent care facility for this woman to offer me $7 for my troubles and tell me to get out of her building if it wasnt good enough. I did not take the $7 and asked for my full amount which she refused. The woman laughed at me and told me that she didn't care if I reported her. I called the police non emergency line to report the incident (I have an active police incident number) because I felt threaten and stolen from and now have personal injury. I was treated terribly even though I remained civil. The skin around my mouth has severe ***** and nerve damage with no accountability from this establishment. These actions go against having a cosmetology license, inflicting harm and then treating a customer this way.

    I am writing this letter about ID#: ********. I am willing to do resolve the complaint. I will refund customer money $44 which one I charged for service, and also $45 which one she paid for urgent care. I always respect and love my customers. Might be I am right but I believe customer is always right. I want protect my business and I want to keep continue to give my service to my loyal customers.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
