    On 08/29/2022 I sent my brother to pick up sandwiches I ordered because I use a wheelchair. This in itself is very frustrating to have to depend on others. I placed the order at 4:00 PM. I was very specific in my order giving plenty of details. When my order arrived the first time it was incorrect. I called and *** answered. She was less than apologetic and refused to give me a refund without the food. When I requested she remake the order she hung up on me. I called back and a young man answered named *****. He was less than helpful but retook the order. So again I sent my brother back. Him and his girlfriend decided to call and place an order for two sandwiches for themselves. When they arrived to the Country Market nothing was done. *** took the receipt and hid it under some papers. My brother kept asking about my order and his. *** continued to take orders and make them ahead of ours. Finally, someone else found the orders and made her make them. Then she handed my brother the old sandwiches and passed them off as mistakes. She didn't know he was the same person. By the time I got my food it was 8:30 PM. I tried to reach the manager and today 09/01/2022 I reached him. He answered the phone saying "What I'm busy!". He proceeded to hang up on me. I would like a full refund for both orders. These rejects that work here need to be fined or punished for disgusting service.
