    On Friday 4/28/2023 I purchased a next day air delivery. I even asked the employee if it would arrive next day it's for an event she said yes, it will arrive tomorrow at 12p. I said ok. She gave me a price of $125.78 And said if I use my AAA card I get a discount which came out to ******. She gave me the receipt with the tracking number on it. When I got home I called to check the tracking. It showed next day air but said it would not arrive until Monday 5/01/2023. I called the Ups store #5440 where I took my package, a male answered the phone, I told him the situation he said he would have a manager call me. I never received a call. So I called at 10am 5/01/2023 an the lady whom answered the phone said she was the manager she took the tracking number and said (Yes, you paid for next day air, but it was Saturday and we do not do next day air on the weekend and Monday being the next day you technically got what you paid for.) I said if your employee would have said that you all do not do next day air on the weekend I never would have paid what I paid nor sent the package. So it's not *** its this specific store and the employees in it. They had 3 people in the store the day I went complaining about lost packages and claims. Their customer service ***** and the attire they wear is very inappropriate and looks bad for the *** brand. I would like my money back or half and the workers their need to be retrained an learn they're policies and communicate it to customers using their delivery an packaging service.

    On Tuesday September 6, 2022 I went the *** store to have them print out a label for me and mail out my package since I dont have a printer. The employee printed out the incorrect label and sent my package to a different location. As soon as I noticed the mistake on their end they refused to help me. The manager said they arent at fault, and when I asked if they could intercept the package he hung up on me. The package was a rare expensive item that I sold on Poshmark. I have tried to reach out to *** corporate but they are unable to help me saying its the stores responsibility. I refuse to lose out on over $100 worth of earnings due to an employee mistake. Their reviews on ****** are horrid. Many people have complained about the same problem. I would most definitely look into that.
