    I love working with these knowledgeable coaches! All of my workouts are tailored to what is attainable for me and what equipment I have access to. The community of clients are also amazing and supportive. 100% recommend.

    I have been a client of Real Health and Performance since May, and Can honestly say this has been the best coaching experience I could ever ask for. The coaches are all knowledgeable and caring. They are there to answer all questions, and everything is personalized to me and my needs. I have never felt so great about anything I have put my money into! I am worth the investment and I wish I would have started sooner.

    I cannot say enough great things about this business. Every trainer at REAL HP takes the time to customize a plan that is tailored to you specifically, they listen to your goals and where you may struggle, and they do everything they can to help better your situation. Its not a one plan fits all and they help break all the common myths in the health and fitness world. Plus - Ive managed to lose weight/stay consistent while eating MORE food, and who doesnt love that!
