      My heart doctor submitted an order for a tilt table test on 9/12. They have not successfully scheduled I. They knew my insurance and sent orders to an out of network facility. A young lady named ******* did not follow through or return calls unless I kept calling. She called me the one time assuming I was a different male patient. Called me by the patients name and told me the test name. I was able to finally stop her and tell her I was not him. That is a HIPPA violation. I have spoken with a team lead, left several messages with scheduling and cant get a response. I got today an email that I had to call scheduling, again. I am in a position that this will carry into the new year and I will have to pay $3k. If it is done this year, it would be at no cost. I am frustrated and dont know where else to go. They need to follow through with their patients.
