  I heard about Koala insulation from a friend who had work done by them. Everyone I dealt with was completely professional, and the work they did was everything they said it would be. One aspect of the job that really impressed me was when I asked if I could a few days between the removal of the old insulation and the installation of the new so I could get some electrical work done in the attic. They had no problem with my request and told me to let them know when I was ready. They could have jerks about it and weren't, which in my eye shows the customer comes first in their approach to each job.

  Could not have been happier with the entire Koala experience. Outstanding communication thru the whole process. Excellent work by **** and *****. Very professional.Super clean job site. I will admit to pricing my attic insulation job as a DIY project. The very reasonable increase in price to have the job done was money well spent.

  Great people. They were very thorough and professional in their assessment. Prices and products were reasonable and appropriate. Everyone showed up when they said they would and were very professional. While it has only been a couple of weeks since the work was completed but we have noticed that the house temperature is more stable and consistent throughout our home. And additional surprise is that is much quieter inside.We highly recommend Koala!

  After seriously considering other ********************* to have our garage insulated, & insulation added in our house attic in Surprise, I selected Koala Insulation of North & West Phoenix. I hired them because I was impressed by their ability to dense pack the finished sheet rocked, but previously uninsulated garage walls with Cellulose Insulation. I feel dense packing was worth the added cost, as it took more insulation & gives a higher (R) value. I feel that's important in AZ due to high temps & high energy costs. Dense packing the insulation ALSO prevents settling over time, so the upper parts of the walls remain densely insulated, rather than loosing R value as the insulation settles if just blown in loose, like is normally done! I also considered various methods using foam insulation, but felt there was less danger of possible damage to the walls, with this method! I also liked the fact that Koala included the necessary drywall patch work in the price of their Bid. Other Contractors did not include the patch work, and I would have needed to get Bids & coordinate the patchwork & painting with other subcontractors! Koala coordinated the drywall repair (included in Koala's Bid for insulation work) and painting (at a very reasonable added cost Paid directly to their sub). They completed the work in 2 stages, with the least inconvenience to us (the home owners)! FYI, their drywall subcontractor commented multiple times how the insulation was so densely packed that he had to pack the insulation even more, or even remove a small amount from behind the small round plugs (hole sawed drywall) to patch the holes. He included texturing patched areas to blend nicely with the rest of the wall. The painter was impressed there wasn't as much patchwork as he expected, as KOALA didn't have to drill as many holes as he expected, using this method!I was VERY impressed with KOALA, & the subs they used for drywall repair and painting! I HIGHLY recommend their services!!! **** S
