    This business claiming to have perfect customer service took full payment for services and left us without wifi so far for a whole day and night. I work from home so I was forced to call off work. In addition, I paid for a fight on pay per view and lost additional money there as well. After calling the company numerous times nothing got resolved. I was told they dont have customer service which is false advertising as they say they have excellent customer service on there website.

    Customer opened a support ticket after the BBB complaint was filed. We resolved the issue to the customers satisfaction.
