    On 10/3/2024 I entered into an Escrow Agreement with the shipping company Britt Trucking to purchase and ship a vehicle to me in ******** ********* from ******** *******. On 10/4/2024 I received bank wire instructions provided by Britt trucking. On 10/4/2024 I wired $48,538.00 to the Account provided by ********************.Britt trucking responded that the wired funds had been received. After the money was wired a shipping date was provided by Britt Tracking to be 10/21/2024, the vehicle was not delivered on that date I reached out to Britt Trucking and was given an updated shipping date of 10/24/2024. The vehicle was never delivered and Britt Trucking stopped all contact with me through email and phone. I never received the vehicle and never received my $47,538.00 back that was wired to the individual Britt Trucking identified the wire to be sent to.Britt Trucking has not tried to resolve the problem.

    Aug 16 2024 responded to a ********** add for a 2021 ****** 4Runner for sale. Was told by the Seller ******** ********* that she had contracted Britt Trucking to handle the sale of her car. Britt Trucking offered to deliver the car and I had 5 days to determine if I wanted the car. They had me wire the $23,044 and stated the would sit in an escrow account until the final sale. I was then contacted by ****** ****** representative from Britt Trucking that the wire was rejected. I went to the bank and it was not rejected. I requested a full refund and also a wire reversal. Britt trucking nor ******** ********* will return calls or emails. It has been over a month and I still do not have my money.
