    My fiance called on November 12th to Misters car wash to end his monthly payments because the car which belonged to his father who passed 2 years ago is in storage. He decided to do this because he barely drove the car so he wasn't really using their car wash. When he called an employee tried to push off him canceling their services by saying his renewal was the 13 and stated that was the date on Saturday November 11th. So he told my fiance he'd have to wait until Monday. He clearly told this kid he had his dates mixed up. Then we call today and are on hold from 8 a.m. until 10 a.m. when my fiance gave up holding. I also called their offices in ******, ******* and they kept putting me on hold and transferred me to someone's voice-mail instead of a live person. I ****** and found out that *************** had sold over ******* of his stocks in the company and that 14 other employees and corporate employees sold over two hundred million of their stocks combined. To me it sounds like employees jumping off a burning ship. We want a refund and an apology from *************** period.
