    I contacted the business via email to notify them that I was canceling my daughter's subscription. Shortly afterward, a representative called to confirm the cancellation and inquired about the reason for her withdrawal. I explained that my daughter had simply lost interest. Despite this written notice and verbal confirmation, the company has continued to charge my account, fully aware that I had requested to withdraw my daughter

    Our records indicated that she missed the withdraw date to not be charged for April ******* payment. She did not let us know that she wanted to withdraw her student until 3/30 and she needed to send it in by 3/15. Since she had missed it  and payment had already went through, when we spoke with her,we explained this to her, she had suggested for us to you the funds to donate to another student which we did. We followed our policy, and we have not charged her for May. If you have any other questions please let me know.
