    6/21/24 I went to the feet store looking for a pair of shoes , well they sold me a cheap pair of shoes with other materials I am to use. Honestly this product does not appear to be valuable I did not go to the biltmore and overall I cannot be spending money and not getting anything in return. Other words this package is not medically improving my health .

    Spoke with *********************** on 6/27/2024. When reviewing policy with ***** she explained the purchase has put a financial burden on her and is requesting a refund. I explained our No Refund policy which is explained to each customer at the time of purchase, and initial by customer to confirm it was explained. (See attached)
    We have invited her back in for free adjustments and/or exchange and asked her to give it another 30 to 90 days to see how she adjusts.

    Iam so convinced that my purchase with good feet was not a success. I have been wearing their product  the arches and no matter which one I use my body just rejects these medical arches. Today at 11:am 7/8/24 I was walking and my back gave out then my knees and my feet literally collapsed my neighbor came to help me to my car. And I took the arches out of my shoes and I got to walking again   I cannot wear these arches on my feet. I was told by the manager to give it 30days but everyday I get a bad story   Actually.

    Spoke with ***** on 7/10. Expressed to me she has not found relief yet with the supports. She will be coming into our ******************************* this weekend to have her first adjustment done. There was confusion with how to wear the supports, so they were not being worn correctly. We will reiterate wearing instructions and reevaluate the supports to try and find a resolution.
