    In the early 2000's, PDS began managing the community in which my beautiful new home was built. I was eventually elected to the board and have had the pleasure of working with them. Everything was seamless, friendly, and professional. As a resident, I have appreciated their quick action on taking care of common property issues as well as some homeowner concerns which needed addressing. As a board member, I find their guidance through meetings is perfect, and their handling of day-to-day community management. They take care of so much -- it just makes life easy. I would give 10 stars to this company if available. Over 15 years later, they still manage the community as they have never given reason to shop around. They are truly exceptional at what they do.

    They make false accusations by sending me letters of late fees on other homeowners' properties and add my address if I don't fix the issue they will steal my home and will continue to sdd additional late fees. That is how they collect by threatening me with false letters. They also change their policy and regulations to fit their needs after the fact. I have been trying to move and will continue working on it especially since I am on a fixed income.
