    I have spent over **** dollars for a 5th wheel hitch and airbags. Both were installed improperly and gives me a lot of issues. The 5th wheel hitch does not go back into the bed went pins are taken out and the airbags both had issues to hold air. One airbag the end metal piece was faulty leaking air and other had a bad valve core. The mechanic **** who did my work had to come out and fix the hitch even before the first time I used it. Then when I needed to tow again the hitch wouldnt go back into the bed. **** came out twice to fix issues and couldnt be successful in doing so. Now my bad installment of the airbags is putting my family in danger. The metal top plate of the airbag is eating the inside sidewall of my tire and risking a major blowout especially when towing a 5th wheel. I asked for my money back and told him to keep *************************************** **** for the rest and was ghosted. I highly recommend to find a real mechanic and a real shop to do proper work for your time and money. Now I am in the middle of filing a lawsuit for getting my money back and taking this company to court. If I could rank lower than one star I would.
