    ************ and *********************** Radiators are under the same ownership and umbrella (Empire Auto).I brought my vehicle in for lifter job and was quoted little over $4,000 and the mechanic recommended I change a few other parts. After paying the money the team fixed my vehicle within one week. Two weeks after the having my vehicle it broke down for the same problem, I was instructed to bring it back and I did. The vehicle sat in their shop for over 3 weeks, after desperately trying to get ahold of the mechanic he finally calls me and says its a small issue and theyll have it fixed within a few days. Couple hours later I received a call from him stating that there was more internal problems with the vehicle and that they wanted an extra $***** dollars to fix it. I told I him I would like to speak to the owner and after going back and forth I instructed him to put my vehicle back together and Ill take it elsewhere. Less than a week later I get a call saying my vehicle was completed. They honored the price. Thank you so much for that. Little over 2 weeks later Im driving and my car broke down again for the same problem. I was instructed AGAIN to take my vehicle back, It sat in their shop for another 3 weeks. (Imagine if I paid the ***** they wanted and it happened again). I received my car AGAIN and sure enough it broke down again for the same issue. I called and the mechanic ***** said I dont know what to do anymore, you have something internal going on. I get a call back from ***** stating that the owner said to bring it back. I told him I want to speak with *****, I told to call Sun West Radiators that h*** be there, gave my information to three receptionist and never a got a call back. At this point, I want refund and want to take it elsewhere. Its been numerous times Ive brought this vehicle back and it spent months in their shop. *****, I would appreciate if you do the right thing and not escalate this.

    Your complaint is willfully defaming a business that had nothing to do with whatever issue you may have had with another business.

    The work was not performed here, the legal structure of the corporation is vastly different, one business is a d.b.a of the entity/LLC, the other relationship is merely a shareholder of a completely different corporation.

    It would be a little different if both operations were d.b.a.s of the same entity, 

    Sun West Transmissions Inc, "an *******************" is not operating under Empire Auto LLC. 

    Redirect your concern to the business that you are working with.

    I'm certain that you have made a complaint with regard to the actual company that you dealt with, why are you pursuing two complaints?

    I have brought a ****** 300zx Fuel tank to Sunwest Transmission for flush and clean, the service I received is sloppy. I reached out to the Owner/ President ***** and shared an email compiled with the service i received. ***** agreed that the service was sloppy on July 10th and the conversation has gone cold since.Most of my complaints are about the paint job, and that there is likely paint that was over sprayed into the tank after it had been flushed, and my concern is that the paint in side the fuel tank will lead to premature failure of the *** new fuel pump.I would like to share the Email of Pictures and descriptions of the Fuel Tank with a Representative at the Better Business Bureau, I dropped the fuel tank off on 28th of June ****** up July 3rd

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

    After speaking with ***** today i am convinced this was a misunderstanding. ***** at Sunwest transmissions and radiator has even made a good effort to continue to help me, and i greatly appreciate that.
