    everything about their follow up has been fine and they were very helpful, but I did not agree to coupons as reimbursement for the erroneous credit card charges. I should get a full refund either credit card refund or a reimbursement check. Coupons are fine as an incentive but U was charged on my credit card and that should be refunded the same not in coupons.

    We spoke to ****** and let him know that we did not have a recording of the calls that he placed but if he would be open to getting on a call with ****** ******* ************ Manager) tomorrow we could get the scenario on what happened and how we could have handled the situation better so that we can use it as a coaching moment.  He agreed.  

    We are also sending coupons to reimburse him for the charges that he had at the vending machines

    I let him know that we would also be sending the driver to check all the machines on property as well.

    Sorry as I missed a portion of the information. Swire will be providing coupons along with $20 cash that will be mailed to ****** at the address starting in 3316. The cash and letter were sent out today from out ***** AZ facility, our ****** facility has also mailed the coupons out to the same address

    On 08-11-22 and 08-12-22 I used a ********* vending machine with my debit card at la Quinta at 48th and university the price listed was $1.85 and my statement shows charges of $3.70 on both transactions they double charged me and that's incorrect!

    I have reached out (2) times, once on Wednesday August 24th and again on August 29th. August 24th ********************** was at work and stated he would call back once he was free, on August 29th I was pushed to voicemail where I left a message explaining the opportunity ********************** had should have resolved itself. Our machines place a hold which comes to double the price of the item purchased, that hold is typically reimbursed within 24/48hrs. In this case Mr. ********** purchase of $1.85 also had an equal hold of $1.85 giving him the total of $3.70. The additional hold of $1.85 should have been reimbursed withing 24/48hrs after his original purchase. If ********************** is still having an opportunity with the purchase we will make it right, but at this point I havent received any communication back.
