    Do not waste your money on this company. I ordered a window cover for my Surveyor Legend in the spring of 2024 and had it delivered to a house that I was living in only over the winter. I used it on my first trip in May and I didn't get even half an hour down the road when the cover slipped down and ended up sitting on top of my batteries. The magnets aren't strong enough. Someone else mentioned that on a ******** page and I commented that I had the same problem and wasn't happy. FIT sent me a pm that said, 'that's no good, let's fix this and what's your number'. I was travelling at the time so I gave them my number and told them to call me in a few days. They did not. Next thing I knew the people at the house I was living in temporarily let me know that I had a package. I didn't order anything! FIT never talked to me about it they just mailed it out without asking me. I no longer lived there so getting it was a royal pain but what's worse is that I was then sent a bill from *** for duty owing on this package I never ordered. I have been trying to get FIT to pay for it because I shouldn't have to pay for something I didn't order but they will not. Actually ***** told me that 'it looks like it has been paid' back in September '24 when I first asked about it. But it hadn't been paid because the homeowners forwarded a collections letter to me in December. FIT is going to ruin my credit rating and ***** want's to know how I'm liking my 'FREE' replacement cover. As far as I'm concerned I paid over $400 for his useless cover so it certainly doesn't feel 'FREE'. If they had asked me if I wanted them to send a replacement I would have said NO because I had already done what a lot of people ended up doing and buying bungee cords to keep the dumb thing in place. But they didn't ask and now I'm stuck with a bill I shouldn't have to pay. Shame on you FIT. Shame on you *****.

    I ordered and paid for a window cover for my RV on 7-15-2024 from Fit2ride on their website. The price was $296.98. After many emails from me questioning why I still dont have my product, I am still without my product. I did receive several excuses as to why they were taking so long with promises to ship soon but all promises were unfulfilled. At one point, I did receive a window cover but it was completely the wrong size. I returned that cover and was promised a new cover, that would fit properly would be sent to me soon. Despite several inquiries as to the status or the cover, I still have no cover as of 2-6-2025. Currently, Fit2ride is not responding to my emails.

    I ordered a custom window cover from Fit2ride 6/17/24 and have been working on the template ever since. I was given a 4-6 week delivery estimate but was unable to secure a product. I've received four paper templates for the final product's size but the templates have arrived with ever increasing errors over the previous custom paper template. The last template I received was so far off of the original that I decided to trace the window out with pencil and proceeded to mail the paper back. After multiple weeks of delivery of my traced out template, I had not heard from Fit2ride. I emailed them four times over the past month and noted I'd be reaching out to the BBB and a lawyer on my last email. The owner, ***** at ************ called me upon receipt of my last email. He confirmed receipt of my template return on November 26th on **** tracking number 9534 6157 8507 4320 7393 10 but they've been too busy to reply due to multiple internal issues. ***** says he'll expedite the product but I do not trust this company. I've also confirmed they're being sued by a New York company due to nonpayment on a loan. Their only contact online which they do not reply to is: *****************

    Ordered a rv window cover on February 28, 2024. I picked it up at a separate business in *********, ID on April 24, ********* contacting the company to order the cover, they claimed they received the window size from the manufacturer. They later sent me a template that was clearly not the size of my window. I gave them sizing information to correct the errors. When I picked up the cover and tried to install it on my rv, it was obvious the cover was too small and it left glass exposed in the top corners. One of their claims in their installation video was that the cover was made 1/2 inch or more larger to over hang the window so the edges would be protected (video is on their website and ******** page). At the 1:43 minute of their installation video explains this. I immediately contacted the company and was told the fit was just fine. I sent pictures and received an email on April 29, 2024 that my shipment was on the way which I took as my replacement. I contacted them again on May 27, 2024 for an update and received an email on May 28, 2024 which basically stated a new one was on the way but as they were very busy, to be patient. I contacted the company once more on August 19, 2024 before finally getting an email from the owner, ***** ***** claiming the original cover was a perfect fit. They obviously never intended to correct the matter from April 2024.
