5 starsI have a 2015 **** Escape and needed a windshield. I called and got a quote to replace it The price was very reasonable and I had it replaced. I made an appointment and they arrived on time. 5 stars5 Stars as always! We use GlasTek for our fleet windshield replacements, so naturally I chose them for my personal vehicle. My favorite tech is ****, but today I got a kid named ******. Me and my old ways are of course apprehensive with some of todays youth, but ****** proved to me there is still faith for our future. He was very communicative, on time and super friendly. Solid ****************** no gimmicks or whiny sales pitches. My window replacement was quoted 2x higher by other competitors which led me to commit to a workaround not replacing my rear sliding window pane which was previously broken. The vehicle isn't worth more than the window being quoted by these companies. Glastek was nearly 1/2 the price with no BS and the repairman was not only on time but friendly, conscientious and paid attention to detail. A rare find these days in the repair industry, among many other industries within the dying trades needed today. ********************* gained for very reasonable pricing, response and customer service.Glas Tek

***************** I submitted a quote and within minutes received a reply. In a short time, I received a quote and scheduled an appointment. The technician arrived on time and got to work. He was courteous and presentable. I hope I don't have another broken window but if I do, Glass Tek is who I would call and recommend.Glas Tek
