    It pains me to write this review, because ***** is a very nice lady, but I don't know what happened to her or her quality of work. She did a few things for me a few years back that were very good and she was very professional and responsive. I hired her a few months ago again to redo a dresser top of mine that was scratched. It's been a nightmare ever since. She charged $700 (outrageous, but I accepted based on my past history with her) to redo the top. She said it would be ready in 3 weeks, which ended up being about 10. Every promised deadline was missed. Then, when it was delivered, the color match was great, so I was happy. It was only a few days later that I realized the finish was not correct, not glossy enough and that there was overspray all over the side of the piece, leaving it very rough. I texted her numerous times and she kept promising she would come and get it. Well this has been going on for about 5 months now, and I have finally given up. I would not even trust her to pick up my piece and take it out of here at this point, as I probably would never see it again, based on her current performance, or lack thereof. Needless to say, I would never recommend her or work with her again. And I do not believe she is closed or out of business, as Yelp is reporting. I think she has just ghosted me. All her other social media presence still exists. Please look elsewhere if you need furniture refinishing.
